Jon Jones vs Ciryl Gane

It is official! MMA legend Jon Jones will return to the octagon at UFC 285 on March 4, 2023. Jones will be fighting the number-one-ranked heavyweight, Ciryl Gane.

Jon “Bones” Jones is a former UFC light heavyweight champion and considered one of the greatest mixed martial arts fighters of all time. In August 2020, Jones announced that he was vacating his light heavyweight title and moving up to the heavyweight division. Also, it has been almost three years since Jones has fought in the UFC, and many fans believe that it is unlikely for Jon Jones to return.

Cyril Gane is a French mixed martial artist who began his professional MMA career in 2015. In the UFC, Gane quickly rose to the top of the division by finishing fights in a fashionable style. Furthermore, after his seven-fight winning streak, Gane fought Francis Ngannou for the undisputed championship at UFC 270.

As confirmed by President Dana White, the two heavyweights will meet at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
